Office Hours
The School office is open from 8am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday on school days. The School can be contact during these times via 07 3863 9111 or admin@aspleyss.eq.edu.au. The School office is closed on Public Holidays, Student Free Days and School Holidays. Any communications received while the office is closed will be actioned as soon as possible when the office reopens.
Preferred Method of Payment
Aspley SS preferred method of payment is via QParents or BPOINT. A unique BPOINT link is located in the lower left corner of school invoices. This link will take you to a BPOINT page with pre-populated data for ease of payment. The school does not keep cash on site, therefore can only accept the correct cash amounts as change cannot be provided. Cash payments are to be made between 8am – 12pm Monday to Thursday, the school is unable to accept cash payments outside of these times.
Communications
Classroom teachers are the first point of contact for any classroom related matters. If you do not have the class teachers email and require to make written contact, this can be done via sending an email to administration@aspleyss.eq.edu.au and your message will be forward to the teacher on your behalf.
