In Term 3 2024, COS was the successful supplier for our 2025 Booklists. While COS was successful in our tender process, we would like to remind families they are able to purchase booklist items by means best suited to them. The 2025 Booklists can be found at the bottom of this page.

Fast, simple and secure 2025 Booklist orders can be placed though the COS Parent Portal for delivery to your nominated address. Please note, paper reems and tissue boxes in orders placed via the COS Parent Portal, will be delivered in bulk directly to the school and not to your nominated address.

A step by step guide has been created to assist in placing orders via the Parent Portal and a quick “How To" provided below:

Visit parent.cos.net.au and
Click on School Packs or Sign in button in the menu taskbar
Enter the Username: aspleystate@cos.net.au Password: BTSparents-2025 (Password must be typed and not “copy & paste" into the website)
Select the Year level required for 2025
Review product selection based on your requirements
(Please note, items may have been marked as either mandatory or optional by your school in preselected quantities as per booklist requirements)
Add your Pack to the shopping cart
Enter your Child's Details
Enter in your credit card, PayPal or Pay4 details and then submit your order.

You will receive an email order confirmation and can also request order tracking sent to your mobile.

Cut off times for delivery through the Parent Portal are:
- Orders placed by 30 November 2024 for guaranteed FREE delivery by 24 December 2024 (on packs over $55)
- Orders placed by 9 December 2024 for guaranteed delivery prior to 24 December 2024
- Orders placed before 5 January 2025 for guaranteed delivery prior to 25 January 2025
- Orders placed after 5 January 2025 cannot be guaranteed to be
