Aspley State School offers our families to participate in a student resource scheme (SRS.) By participating in the SRS families are able to benefit from bulk purchasing discounts the school receives when buying certain student resources.
SRS Fee Payment Agreement Forms are due to be returned to the school office by Friday 9 February 2024.
SRS Invoices will be issued to families on Friday 16 February 2024 with payment due Friday 22 March 2024.
New students are required to complete a SRS Participation Agreement Form as well as the SRS Fee Payment Agreement Form. The SRS Participation Agreement Form is typically completed during your enrolment interview. Permission to participate in the SRS is for the duration of the enrolment of the student at Aspley State School.
If you currently participate in the SRS and wish to opt out you are required to complete and return a new SRS Participation Agreement Form to the school office.
Please note if you wish to not participate in the SRS the items listed in the relevant SRS Resource List are required to be provided to the school for your students use.

2024 Prep Student Resource Scheme
The Student Resource Scheme Fee for Prep Students in 2024 is $200. Prep students do not receive a booklist and have all their required resources provided in the SRS.

2024 Years 1- 6 Student Resource Scheme
The SRS fee for Year 1 - 6 Students in 2024 is $100. The SRS for Years 1 - 6 provides students online access to our educational subscriptions (Reading Eggs and Mathletics) in addition to additional classroom resources required for our Australian Curriculum Learning Areas.

2024 Instrumental Music Student Resource Scheme
The cost to participate in the Instrumental Music program in 2024 is $60 per student with the additional cost of $120 should you wish to hire a school instrument. Positions in this program are limited and offered in the year prior by the Instrumental Music Teachers.
