Clubs and societies


Aspley Reading Club


The Aspley Reading Club meet in the school library on Tuesday Morning and  Wednesday Morning from 8:15am. This club supports readers of all levels with our older students engaging with our younger peers in a buddy system. For more  information please contact our administration staff at 


 Aspley Drama Club  


The Aspley State School Drama Club will commence in Week 5 of Term 2 2017. They will meet every Thursday at second break to engage in creative dramatic activities.  The students will enjoy building on friendship groups, socialising and taking part in  new and exciting projects building on skills. For more information please contact  Teacher  supervisor Mrs Sonia Vener at  




Early Act Club

The Early Act club is a group established to address social issues that are happening in our community and beyond. The students together will discuss what they feel is a cause that they would like to assist with. For example in the past the students have raised funds for charities such as "Rainbow House", "Rotary" and most recently they are collecting goods to donate to the RSPCA. Swim Solutions


Swim Solutions Aspley deliver comprehensive programs for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Operating out of the Aspley State School pool, Swim Solutions run a comprehensive program to suit beginners, recreational and competitive swimmers.


Our Learn to Swim and Squad programs run outside school hours Monday – Friday afternoons & Saturday mornings.

Swim Solutions Aspley also offer school holiday intensive and recreational programs.
