Important Information About the BLAST!

Fridays BLAST celebration is shaping up to be a huge night filled with fun and excitement. Friday 11 September has been declared a Free Dress day, but children are still required to wear closed-in shoes, clothing with sleeves and a hat.

As the event starts at 3:30pm we anticipate that some families will want to leave a little earlier in order to get their children ready. If you wish to take your child/ren before 3:00pm please advise their classroom teacher. Sign out sheets will be placed in every classroom - it is important you fill out these sheets and that your child's teacher is aware of their departure. If you leave during one of the lunchbreaks, please sign out your child/ren through the school office.

Please be prompt picking your children up on Friday. As you can imagine, our staff will be very busy preparing for the night ahead! For those children who are not picked up at 3pm, supervision will be provided at the quadrangle between B and E blocks until 3:30pm.

Please note that all children are to be supervised by a parent or responsible adult
throughout the BLAST event. While every attempt has been made to make the 125
BLAST a safe and enjoyable evening for all concerned, we rely on parents to provide  or organise supervision for children of all ages.

If these steps are followed I am certain the 125 BLAST will be an enjoyable and
memorable occasion for everyone!
